If there was no intercourse and you two were fully clothed then you two are safe from pregnancy.
A delayed cycle can be caused by a lot of reasons besides pregnancy, such as stress or diet change.
Have you two had sex this past month? If you are concerned about pregnancy she can take an at home pregnancy test to help ease your minds. These tests can be purchased by anywhere from most drug stores and even some Dollar Stores. Be sure to read the directions as some are accurate up to 5 days before the missed period, while others are only effective a day or 2 before the delayed cycle.
Again, if you two have not had sexual contact, whether it was protected sex or not, then she should be safe from pregnancy.
Also, if your girlfriend has been expericing a lot of irregular periods she can discuss with her doctor ways to help regulate her cycle. Something as simple as the daily hormonal birth control pill can help keep her period regular.
Best of luck, and please reply with any questions.
