If there was no penetration, then you are safe from pregnancy. Its smart of you two to use condoms, its a great habit and when you two do have sex they can help prevent pregnancy and the spread of STDs.
The white fluid that was on you was probably your own lubrication that the body produces when aroused. Also, some condoms have a lubricant on them also, so him rubbing against you with of it exposed could have left some fluid on you.
Please reply with any further questions.

The chances of you getting pregnant from this encounter are very very slim. There would have had to have been insertion of the penis into vagina or penetration and cum inserted into the vagina for there to be a chance that pregnancy could occur.

He would have needed to be inside you and have the condom slip in order to lead to pregnancy.
Also, the brown discharge is very common during the end of a cycle. Brown discharge is usually the last of the blood to leave, and the older blood seems to have a brown color.
I hope this helps, please reply with any questions!

There is really no chance that you could be pregnant because you two did not acutally have intercourse. You should feel sure that you are not pregnant especially if you had a normal period. I agree with SMDUNCAN that the brown blood is old blood and just a sign that your period i sending. Hope every is well with you.
